- People you know and keep
in touch with via email

deal with computer and/or Internet topics

services are readily available from a variety of sources. Just
like any other network, you are likely to receive more support
by being courteous, friendly, and appreciative to your online
support system. Translation: become friends with
the computer "nerds" at your school.
